In this premiere episode we take a look at the independent comic epic The First Kingdom, originally published in the mid ‘70s, and Justice League, Warner Brother’s answer to Marvel’s Avengers. The First Kingdom is written and drawn by Jack Katz and is widely considered a precursor to the contemporary graphic novel. Justice League is a movie about brightly colored people who punch things and sometimes drive cool vehicles fighting flying monkeys from Hell.
